Mmm. Barbecue. Ever since that one sunny hot weekend day, two weeks ago, we have been dreaming of summer and eagerly anticipating the mojitos, sun-tanning, camping trips and Seafair madness. Also among our daydreams, a big old-fashioned backyard BBQ. We can hardly wait to try our newly found sauces from Doccos on the first ribs and pulled-pork sandwiches of the season. Made from fresh vegetables, they are low-cal and low-carb, so we can slather as much as we want on our burgers. Drool.

This is such fun! I play bridge with a Dore - Cil in fact. This is the first time that I have visited your website and my mouth is simply watering (and its only 10am). My step-daughter, Kate, also produces and sells sauces here in South Africa and in various European cities. She doesn't have a website yet, but is working on it and I will let Cil have it - just for the fun of it - when the time comes. Enjoyed reading about your family's history.

"Picked up a bottle of your Original Docco's Sauce at the Redmond Farmer's Market this morning. I slowed cooked a pork roast, pulled the meat and mixed it with the sauce. It was FANTASTIC! Your sauce is a huge hit at my house! Next Saturday I'll purchase your new Merlot flavor. Thanks for a great product! "
